Sajjan is a cross-functional professional with 26 years of progressive work experience in various industry verticals, including 9 years in the United States. His functional areas of expertise include Training, Human Resources, and Operations. He is an enthusiastic supporter of innovations and continuous improvement, is passionate about excellence in all work areas, and is an ecstatic continuous learner.
His academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master's Diploma in Software Engineering, a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), an Associate degree in Business Management (USA), and a Certificate in Strategic Leadership Management from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign, USA). Additionally, he holds many professional certifications.
He is an IICA Certified Independent Director.
He is a member of ICF, a Certified Coach & Life Skills Trainer, Certified Expert Facilitator, Certified Soft Skills Trainer, Certified Global Master Trainer in Emotional Intelligence, a DiSC Assessment Facilitator, and a Certified Family Counselor. He has recently transitioned from a corporate career into a full-time profession in Coaching, Training, and Mentorship. He is also a published author.
He also holds leadership positions in multiple committees, organizations, institutions, and business groups.
He has been married since 2003 and blessed with two daughters. His interests include writing, traveling, and nature photography.

My mission is to help people find their true purpose through a holistic and experiential coaching approach that blends personal growth with professional development.
I work with Students to bring awareness about their life purpose, potential, and passion, and help them connect it together so that they understand their life goals more clearly, helping them to choose their field of higher studies, profession, and career through detailed assessment, so that they are not only productive, efficient, and successful, but also find contentment and meaning in life, to help others as well.
I offer tailored Corporate Training (Learning Facilitation) programs designed to meet the specific needs of teams and organizations. I also provide Executive Coaching and Mentorship for CXOs, guiding them to elevate both their personal and professional success, so that they can lead their organization meaningfully.
