We are responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of students, employees. Key roles and responsibilities of the N.I.L.D. include: developing and implementing training strategies to align with organizational goals; designing and delivering instructor-led training programs, online courses, and blended learning solutions; creating and managing training content, including curricula, modules, and assessments; coordinating with subject matter experts to develop and deliver specialized training programs; conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge; evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as feedback, ROI, and behavioral changes; and maintaining records of training programs, including attendance, evaluations, and certificates of completion.
